I have been called to bridge the gap between healing at a soul level and connecting to something higher. When I was a child, I started to get visits from people who had passed on. As I grew older, they would come to me in my dreams with messages to their loved ones. Through years of working directly with hospice patients, learning, and going through my own journey with grief and spiritual healing, I have excepted this ability as a life calling. My intention is to connect through genuine love for my clients and their passed loved ones who can truly aid in so much life-giving and healing guidance. There truly is no end to life, but just a new beginning.

I completed the Poly Vagal Trauma Therapy certification program with Embodyment Lab to give my clients what I saw was missing. I created the Vagas reset modality to give my clients deeper, lasting healing outside of the readings and massage sessions. This modality is focused on true transformational healing at a deep level. You can expect lasting vagal toning and regulation. This experience helps those who are struggling with nervous system regulation, grief, trauma, physical illness/pain, addiction and anxiety.
